Our Neighborhood Upgrade Program helps homeowners coordinate professional post-construction upgrades while earning project credits when three or more homes in the same development participate.

How the Neighborhood Upgrade Program Works
Choose Your Upgrades
Each homeowner schedules an individual consultation and receives a customized proposal based on the improvements they want.
Three Homes Participate
When at least three separate households in the same neighborhood approve qualifying projects of $1,000 or more, the program becomes active.
Each Home Earns a Credit
Every participating household receives a Neighborhood Project Credit based on the size of its individual approved project.

Coordinate with three or more homeowners in your development and unlock project credits for professional electrical upgrades tailored to the way you actually live.
Neighborhood Upgrade Program terms apply. A minimum of three separate households in the same qualifying neighborhood or development must approve eligible electrical projects during the designated enrollment period. Each participating household must approve at least $1,000 in qualifying services. Required deposits must be received before credits are activated. Credits are based on each household’s individual approved project amount. Projects do not need to be identical or completed on the same day. Permit fees, diagnostic charges, emergency services, required code corrections, and certain third-party costs may not count toward the minimum project amount. Maximum credit is $500 per household. Credits have no cash value and cannot generally be combined with other offers. Final eligibility, scope, scheduling, and pricing are subject to an on-site evaluation and written proposal.
